How reliable are witnesses in court hearings and how can you determine reliability?

Confident witnesses are nearly 95% accurate though witnesses who are hesitant have a 50% accuracy. Based on witnesses confidence and how they speak you can determine the chance of the witness telling the truth. Also based on the reputation a witness may have of being truthful or untruthful you can try and determine whether the witness is being truthful. Overall roughly 6 out of 10 wrongful convictions are due to intentional lying or wrongful accusations. This reality shows that the legal system cannot rely on human credibility alone.
